Information we collect

Your name, email, contact category and enquiry. Phone number is optional. We also keep your language, source page and, if you request news, the date and wording of your consent. Please do not include sensitive information or unnecessary personal details about other people.

Enquiries and dossiers

The form sends your details through FormSubmit to Slowly Atelier’s inbox so we can reply, prepare a proposal or send the dossier you requested. Received enquiries are recorded in a private Google Sheet and classified by contact type to manage follow-up.

Our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract when you ask for a proposal or booking, and our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries. Reading this policy does not constitute consent to marketing.

Bookings and purchases

When you book a workshop or buy a voucher, we process the purchaser’s and participants’ necessary contact details, booking reference, chosen activity, amount and transaction status to fulfil the contract, manage attendance and handle changes or refunds. Information needed for tax and accounting obligations is processed on the basis of those legal duties. Please provide only the participant details requested at checkout.

Email news

We send news only if you tick the optional box. This relies on your consent, which you may withdraw at any time by replying to an email or using the unsubscribe method in each message. We send no more than one newsletter a month. Requesting a dossier, asking a question or booking a workshop does not subscribe you.

Retention

Enquiries are retained for up to 12 months after the last communication, unless the relationship continues or legal retention duties apply. If you purchase, relevant details are kept for the applicable tax and legal periods. News subscription details are retained until you withdraw consent; afterwards, we retain only what is necessary to demonstrate withdrawal and meet legal obligations.

Providers and recipients

We use FormSubmit to deliver messages, Google for email and our private contact spreadsheet, this website’s hosting platform, and Ticket Tailor for tickets and vouchers. The payment providers shown at checkout handle payment information; Slowly Atelier does not receive your full card number. We do not sell your data. Information may be disclosed to authorities where legally required.

Third-party services may process information outside the European Economic Area. Where applicable, GDPR safeguards include adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. You may request further information about the applicable safeguards from our privacy contact.

Map, box office and social media

OpenStreetMap images load only when you open the map, sending the technical information needed to display it. Ticket Tailor loads only when you request integrated booking. Instagram, WhatsApp and external box-office links take you to services with their own privacy policies. See our cookie information.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent without affecting prior lawful processing. Write to our privacy contact with your request. We will request additional identity information only where necessary. You may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
