Booking an experience

Tickets and gift vouchers are managed through Ticket Tailor. Each event states how to book: through Ticket Tailor, directly with the host, through free registration, or with no booking required. Before paying, check the date, venue, duration, materials, availability and total price, including taxes and any fees. Confirmation arrives by email. Sending an enquiry does not secure a place.

If you cannot attend

Tickets for dated workshops are not refundable if a participant cancels or does not attend. We do not offer voluntary changes of date or experience unless the event information expressly allows them. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

If the minimum group size is not reached

We will offer another date or experience. If it does not suit you, you can choose a refund of your ticket price. You are also entitled to a refund if Slowly Atelier cancels for another reason. You do not have to accept a voucher. We will contact you at your booking email and process the refund without undue delay, using your original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise.

If you paid with a voucher, the redeemed value will be restored so you can book another experience. Where that solution is inappropriate or a refund is legally due, we will arrange it. If our cancellation prevents you from using the voucher before it expires, contact us to agree a solution that preserves your rights.

Gift vouchers · six months to create

Vouchers are valid for 6 months from purchase and can be used at any Slowly Atelier workshop, regardless of location, subject to available places. Choose a workshop costing the same or less, or pay the difference for a higher-priced one. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or shop items. We do not offer voluntary exchanges or refunds; any applicable statutory cancellation or refund rights remain unaffected.

Enter your voucher code when booking through Ticket Tailor, or contact us first if the workshop uses another booking channel. A voucher does not secure a place until you book. Its value, expiry date and terms of use appear in the purchase confirmation.

Seasonal sales

Gift vouchers are sold only during selected campaigns. The Christmas 2026 campaign closes on 6 January 2027 inclusive, at 23:59 mainland Spain time. Sales for that campaign stop on 7 January. Vouchers already purchased retain their six-month validity: the sales deadline is not their expiry date. Future campaigns will be announced as new workshops are scheduled.

Statutory cancellation rights

Tickets for leisure activities on a specific date or during a specific period are exempt from the 14-day withdrawal right under Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. This does not remove your rights if an event is cancelled or the contract is not fulfilled.

For open gift vouchers without a specific activity date, we will honour the statutory 14-calendar-day withdrawal right from purchase where it applies. The exemption for dated tickets does not automatically apply to vouchers. We will not begin a service during that period without the requests and consents required by law.

To exercise this right, send an unambiguous cancellation request to our support email or postal address. You may write: “I withdraw from purchase [reference], made on [date]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Date of notice: […]”. You do not need to give a reason. Where applicable, refunds are made within the statutory 14-day period using your original payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, with no charge for exercising this right.

Payment fees

The total price and any booking fees are shown before you confirm payment. Fees charged to Slowly Atelier by Ticket Tailor or its payment provider will not be deducted from a refund that is legally due to you. The time it takes for funds to appear may depend on your bank or payment method.

Shop items and complaints

No shop items are currently available to buy. For a problem with a booking, use our contact form or support email and include your booking reference. Spanish law applies; you retain your right to contact consumer authorities and the courts with jurisdiction.
